Family is the first exposure we have in our lives to the opinions, cues, values, information, experiences, and handed-down traditions that become our initial and most lasting influence on our mindset.
We absorb beliefs and values like a sponge via osmosis because we are young and inexperienced and family is our whole existence. All mindsets can be reset but our first environment is a fertile one.
