Stephen Schwertley needed to recover from an unexpected stroke. To do so, he challenged himself to start writing a book! Writing the novel helped this aspiring author to heal from his stroke-related complications while focusing on his life-long dream of publishing his works. “These ideas had been in my head since my college days and I just had not taken the time to get them onto paper,” he said.
