Sometimes what keeps us stuck is the lack of acknowledging It. The unnamed and greatly feared It. When you give voice, and give acknowledgement to the It do you know what often shows up? The fears, secrets, and armour, melt. For some it's layers upon layers of melting and for others it’s 1 degree of change, and in the one degree of change a universe of possibilities opens up.
