Low self esteem is suffered by the vast majority of the human population. Whether it be around body image, race, gender, culture, education or a million other topics, low self esteem diminishes the quality of life for anyone who suffers from it. The challenge is to put our warped perspectives in focus and clear our view of the world around us. Low self esteem is attributed to so many issues around trust, chaotic relationships and passive aggressive behavior.
