Many women suffer from the ‘Alpha Mom Syndrome’; constantly giving of themselves (which is good until it gets competitive), being the perfect mom, corporate ladder climber/business builder, soccer mom, PTA volunteer, wife, and dealing with the pressures from society of being a woman that’s fit, feminine and beautiful. 'All' at the cost of being stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out! With the roles and responsibilities of women—often comes the risk of ignoring or diluting their own health, spirituality, parenting, love-relationships, happiness, and success until these elements are disrupted
