I want your listeners to recognize the advantages of good nutrition, teaching children about growing and eating healthy food, growing a portion of your own food, eating as locally as possible. Gardening has other advantages for all age groups because it keeps you moving and outdoors. Water will also be a problem in years to come and gardening teaches a lot about water conservation and sustainability in general.
