Has anyone told you today that you are beautiful? None of us hear that often enough. Perhaps that is because we are still living out of the old beliefs we were taught long ago. Why is it that humans tend to believe the most negative messages about themselves instead of the most positive? Religion capitalizes on that to the detriment of all humans.
Those who tell us that we are not beautiful are the ones who are only describing their own wounded self. You are much more than you have even dared to believe about yourself. It is somewhat awkward to look into a mirror and tell ourselves
