The recent attacks on Paris and its inhabitants, horrible and senseless as they were, have prompted me to address the concept of 'sanity,' which can be understood in many ways.
Certainly destructive forces at work can be construed as insanity but more familiar to us all is what I would call, simply speaking, self-centeredness.
Do we only care about others because there is 'obvious and largely covered' suffering on the other side of the world? Or do we include anyone in our Human Family for the sake of consciously creating, or restoring, the Whole?
