We all have values that stem from our beliefs of right and wrong. Much of that is determined from our brain’s “big data” analysis of the messages we receive in the world every single day. The same holds true for organizations. Certain organizations attract people with certain types of values. Sometimes corporate values don't align with the rest of society as in the cases with Volkswagen and GM, where unfortunately integrity breaches appear to be the norm.
