Alex Bickford joined College Coach as part of the college financing team from the education finance department of Citizens Bank. Before his stint with Citizens, he worked as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Southern New Hampshire University. Alex has spent most of his professional career working in financial aid and has assisted traditional undergraduate, adult learners and masters degree students in financing their educations. He has a masters degree in business education, a bachelors degree in hotel and restaurant management, and an associates degree in culinary arts.

Amy Alexander

Amy Alexander comes to College Coach after spending 17 years as an independent counselor. She began her admissions career as an assistant director in the Yale University undergraduate admissions office, where she was responsible for applications from a variety of regions, served as a liaison for the swim and lacrosse teams, and coordinated oncampus orientation programs and housing placement. During her time as an independent counselor, she was a member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling and the New Jersey Association of College Admission Counseling.
