Releasing popped out this weekend as I listened for a topic.
Releasing what, and for the sake of what?
Liberation comes to mind; I mean liberation from the mind, and from what takes residence in the mind, but that is not all.
There are many different kinds of releasing we can practice, for ourselves and for the sake of uplifting planet Earth and its inhabitants.
