Thomas Frank is an American political analyst, historian, and columnist for Harper's Magazine. Frank is the co-founder of The Baffler and wrote "The Tilting Yard" column in The Wall Street Journal from 2008 to 2010. Frank analyzes trends in American electoral politics, propaganda, pop culture, and economics. His recent best-selling book, "Listen Liberal," looks into the Democratic Party’s philosophy and how it has evolved during the past few decades.
