Pat Dupuy
Pat Dupuy, the son of the late jockey and longtime trainer Johnny Dupuy, literally grew up on the backstretches in New Orleans, Louisville, New England and Chicago. He got his trainer's license at age 18 in 1978, and the past 30 years he has been literally a hands-on trainer, with a handful of horses at a time and doing much of the work himself to meet his dad's old-school standards.
