In last week’s show (Part 1 of this series) I shared how disappearing during sex is a sign that you’re trapped in the cage of abuse. When you disappear you aren’t able to receive the fun and pleasure of sex because you and your needs have become “invisible” (just like they did during abuse). You separate from yourself and your partner; communion seems like a fantasy.
You can begin to enjoy sex again if you’re willing to allow your needs to matter. This requires you to choose you. I know this may seem like a challenging thing: to choose you, especially in the midst of sex. So join m
