The definition of what the public calls beauty has changed through out history. When living in a culture where food is scarce being larger was called beautiful and when food was abundant being smaller was beautiful. It was all based on what the affluent were doing, wearing and having in their lives. We have magazines that tell us that beauty is a young very small sized woman or a man with muscles. Most of us grow up not feeling like we measure up to the social standards of beauty. I have decided that going with in and finding that true beauty of the soul has helped me love my physical body. Th
