There are many different ways people manage their various changes. Some changes are major and rapid; so a structured approach needs to be in place to minimize downtime, ease transition and wonderfully see success. In this session, we will talk about the ADKAR model (developed by Prosci Inc.). The reason I am sharing it is because I have used it for years and will talk about how it has worked for me.
