On this episode we will speak with Kate Bunney, the Coordinator and a Core Team Member of Walking Water, a pilgrimage that walks the waterways—natural and manmade—between Mono Lake and Los Angeles. Currently in its third year, Walking Water seeks to bring together the many Peoples of the Eastern Sierra and Los Angeles watersheds to address “current and emerging critical issues of water worldwide.” We will discuss pilgrimage as activism, increasing awareness of local and global water issues, and the process of bringing vision into form in troubled times.
