In 2016, an estimated 53,000 people were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer—making it the 12th most common cancer in the United States. Unfortunately though, only about 7.7% of patients with pancreatic cancer survive with the disease beyond five years. This difficult-to-treat disease relies on new and innovative therapies to provide hope and support to patients and families impacted by this diagnosis.
