Leadership starts with leading self and then evolves to leading others. From there, it progresses to leading organizations, nations and civil society. The wellspring of it all, is understanding self and empowering self to serve others and through that service empower others. Leading others is not a pursuit with ego or self-centeredness but a humble journey of helping others in by shaping consensus and leading from behind.
