I’ll bet you’ve never heard of the N.A.L.C.P., but the work this non-profit association does touches hundreds of millions of men, women, and even children. NALCP stands for the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals…these are folks in the hospitality industries who handle all the on and off-premises, retail liquor licensing.
