This week we will explore the power of practicing courage. Courage isn’t something we are born with, it is something we can learn to cultivate. As we get familiar with how fear shows up for us in our lives, we can learn tricks of how engage with it so that we are in the drivers seat instead of making decisions based on fear. Any meaningful conversation about courage has to step into the territory of vulnerability, we will wade in and talk about why it matters in our leadership.
