Being a football player my entire life, you soon start to realize the number one key to tackling, is taking the right approach and making sure we see what we hit. The second key is to make sure we hit through our target. How many times have you hit your target and realized it was going to take much more effort to get to the next place you wanted to go? How many times do you hit your target and realize you don’t have enough energy to drive through it? When we tackle, we can never stop our feet until the player is down. We also must depend on our teammates to run to the ball and assist us. See defense is the best offense. No one ever seems to think this way in life or in business.
