Dave Basler just returned from the Annual H.B.P.A. meeting in Tampa, Florida. He has been the Executive Director of both the Ohio HBPA and the Thoroughbred Horsemen's Health Fund since 2007.
Basler also represents the National HBPA as that group's chairman of both the Medication and Model Rules Committees at many national meetings including the ARCI, RMTC and Racing Symposium along with National HBPA CEO Eric Hamelback.
He will give us an update on the most important issues discussed by their membership.
