We are finishing up the third month of 2019 and many of us made goals, or New Year Resolutions, at the top of the year. How many can say they have achieved their goal/s or are on track to do so? Setting goals for ourselves, whether it’s dealing with our health and fitness, work or personal lives, can be a very effective means of getting us where we want to be in life!
