Michelle DesRoches is a Registered Psychotherapist and teaches in the Spiritual Psychotherapy program at Transformational Arts College. Her role at the College includes being a case supervisor and intensive leader in addition to her classroom teaching. . She graduated from the College’s Spiritual/Body Psychotherapy and Spiritual Director Programs. She is also a Gestalt Therapist, a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner as well as an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. Understanding the mind body connection, trauma impacts not simply behaviour but the way we do life. When traumatic things happen, a hyper-gamma wave is produced.
