Marc Porter created the Common Ground Model while working on his Ph.D. in organizational communication at Ohio University. He has spent his career leading academic programs and directing corporate learning and development strategies. As an Organizational Development consultant, he applies the Common Ground Model to facilitate improvements in job satisfaction, employee retention, quality, productivity, and increased promotions of underrepresented talent into leadership positions.
