Since 1990, self-made makeup artist and hair stylist, Christian McNally has created stellar looks for fashion shows, photo shoots, red carpet events, videos, TV films, platform artists, weddings and much more. Having founded and co-founded several successful companies in LA such as Makeup Made Easy, War paint Academy and Christian McNally Photography as well as aired his own television show, "Morning makeover with Bangs and Blush"; he has also contributed his forte as a worldwide makeup artist for Aveda, Tony and Tina and Jane Iredale. Christian's current roles include everything from makeup and hair to education, art direction, video production and photography.

Ravit Darougar

Ravit is a resident of Beverly Hills and holds a Bachelor of Law LL.B and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Raised in Israel, Ravit was both a lab nerd and a teenager with a weakness for cosmetics. For her, cosmetics were magic. She marveled at how cosmetics could transform any woman from a plain woman to an extraordinary, she recalls how good it felt to see the friends she’d makeover, thrilled over their transformation.
