Shawn LaValley has been a major influence on how I take care of myself. Shawn is very well read and stays up on current health trends. He served in the Army for 9.5 years, he was a private contractor in Afghanistan for 6 years. He was a wrestler in high school, and has coached high school wrestling. He currently is a licensed Clinical Social Worker. In his free time, Shawn hikes with his dog, a boston terrier named flasch, he bikes, he lifts with kettle bells, he exercises with indian clubs, he brews his own kombucha. He attributes his health and wellness to discipline.
