Dr. Gary Yu

Gary Yu is a public health researcher at the NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. He received his masters in public health in epidemiology from Boston University and his doctorate in public health in biostatistics from Columbia University. He has worked extensively in Vietnam studying HIV/AIDS prevention among vulnerable and marginalized groups, such as injection drug users, men who have sex with men, and male sex workers. He currently teaches epidemiology with Professor Stacen Keating to nursing doctoral students at NYU.
