Natalie Isaza

Graduated from the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. Did an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Cornell University, and then worked in private practices in both California and Kansas for three years. In 1998, she was hired by Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine to instruct veterinary students in spay/neuter and dental procedures. In 2003, she was hired by the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine to start a shelter medicine program (now known as the Veterinary Community Outreach Program), and successfully ran that program until 2019.
