"Grief Your Way" Helen Rose is Committed to helping others move beyond past traumas to a place of safety and hope. Helen was born in Toronto in 1962. By the age of 2 1/2, she had been shuttled between her birth mother and various foster homes eight times before her adoption at age four. Although she didn't know this at the time, her journey with grief had begun. She shares her story so that others can move forward with forgiveness and peace.
