Lucia Mauro’s 2014 short film, In My Brother’s Shoes, about a man who honors his fallen Marine Corps brother by taking a pilgrimage to Rome in his sibling’s combat boots, won Best Short Film at the Vatican Film Festival & was featured in the Cannes Film Festival.
