In order to not feel or show fear, we display anger. Anger is very much about control. People who have felt small,or insignificant, will do big anger. When someone calls us names, shames or humiliates, it is now toxic. Learn not to accept toxic anger in your life. Toxic people rarely become non-toxic. time to move on!
