On this episode, Jeff shares with us how he had no real interest in real estate, despite growing up in a particularly real estate focused family, how he moved to Los Angeles early in his life and what ultimately brought him back to New York City. Jeff also shares with us some of his early deals, explains that once he shakes your hand on a deal, it won't be broken and what he is focusing on now.

GFP Real Estate LLC has an ownership interest in more than 50 properties, most of which are located in New York City.
