Judgement and curiosity are two sides of the same coin. It is recognizing something or someone different. When we judge ourselves and/or others, we essentially put whomever we're judging in a box and that doesn't leave much room for growth. By switching that judgement to curiosity, we can still recognize it as different, but opens everything up to possibility, empathy, understanding and oneness.
