California Employers with 5 or more employees are required to provide Harassment Prevention Training for all Employees every two years. For hourly employees the requirement is 1 hour of training and for Supervisory and Management employees 2 hours of training are required. The deadline of 1/1/21 to complete all training is quickly approaching. Employers should act now to ensure they complete their training in time.
