Carlo started in the spirits industry in 2003. In 2007, he joined Beam Suntory as East Region Director of Marketing Activation, and in 2009, he transitioned to sales as the Metro New York State Manager. Carlo rose through company ranks to reach Regional Vice President, Franchise States in 2015. He managed 35% of the US business, leading his team to winning market share for the first time in 5 years. In 2018, Carlo became General Sales Manager – SGWS Region, covering roughly 50% of the US business.
