|
Alice (Meggan Kaiser), a talented young sous chef at NY's top restaurant, receives an invitation to judge a food competition for a prestigious annual fundraiser. Despite the dismay of Bret (Maurice Johnson) her boss who is also her boyfriend, she accepts the invitation. Once she arrives in Kansas, Alice is surprised to find her former boyfriend in college, Christian (Scot Cooper) is amongst the judges including Toni Mitchell (Forbes Riley). The cooking show and her reconnection with Christian will make Alice reconsider her dream.

Maurice Johnson

Tall, muscular and handsome American actor, Maurice Johnson was born in Augusta, Georgia to Ruby and Eugene Johnson, Jr. He credits his high school debate coach for pushing him to use his talents and powerful voice on the school's debate team and in various oratorical contests that garnered him many accolades. This foundation led him to pursue his major in college and ultimately acting as a professional. Maurice received a football scholarship to Albany State University and graduated with a degree in Speech and Theatre. He was also initiated into the Chi Epsilon chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc. at Albany State.

"MATT HUDSON (Chef Raphael) is a Cincinnati based film and stage actor who began as an Assistant Stage Manager at The English Theatre in Frankfurt, Germany in the mid 90s. There he worked with professional stage actors cast in London's West End. He soon afterwards began receiving theatrical training and taking on stage roles himself. Recently expanding his scope of performance art, Matt has also appeared in some three dozen feature-length and short films.
