The idea of better is one that we see everywhere. The world of commerce and marketing is built upon the idea that you can have your grass greener and if you did you would be happier, sexier, better. I call Bullshit! The idea that things can be better "if only", or that we need to strive for better or we are lazy, is actually a trap. It is one that keeps us feeling less than and unworthy. This just furthers the idea that we need something or someone better.
