Alfred Gallman Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer called a “Artistic Son” by Alvin Ailey trained on Scholarship at Ailey Dance Center, Dance Theatre of Harlem and Clark Center. Mr Gallman has worked with the giants in Dance including Pepsi Bethel, Fred Benjamin, Talley Beatty, Keith Lee, George Faison, Ella Thompson Moore, Louis Johnson, Eleo Pomare and Alvin Ailey. Founder/Director of Gallman’s Newark Dance Theatre (1978-2018) company performed at Lincoln Center Out-Doors, Joyce Theatre MANMADE Festival, Dance St Louis Festival , NJPAC Dance Jam Festival and American Dance Festival Durham NC.
