Two recent headlines are stark reminders of why one should never play fast and loose with guns. On the movie set of the western "Rust", actor Alec Baldwin picked up a prop gun, pulled the trigger and accidentally killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounded the film's director, Joel Souza. Baldwin had been told the gun was "cold," meaning it had no ammunition, but it was loaded with a live round. There had already been many problems on the set and there is enough blame to go around....
