Sharon Strouse, is an Art Therapist, and Certified Intuitive Healer. Sharon became a survivor of suicide in 2001, when her 17 year old daughter Kristin Rita Strouse ended her own life. This loss became a portal into the depths of grief, self discovery, and spiritual awakening. After twenty years in the corporate world, and inspired by her experience as a hospice volunteer, Mary Treacy O’Keefe received a master's degree in Theology in 2002 “Well Within” is dedicated to helping you live each day to the fullest by enhancing mental, physical, and spiritual healing and overall wellbeing.
