Deborah Jastrebski is the founder and president of Practice Without Pressure, a Delaware-based US nonprofit that is working to change both the perception of people with disabilities and the ways in which they receive services. Practice Without Pressure helps people, especially those with disabilities, overcome their fear of medical, dental, and personal care procedures so that they can complete routine care without restraints and with confidence.
