David Fechheimer

David Fechheimer has been a private investigator since 1966. He earned a B.A. in English Literature from San Francisco State University. He was inspired by Dashiel Hammett’s The Maltese Falcon and went to work for the Pinkerton National Detective Agency followed by 10 years with the Lipset Service bore Fechheimer started his own detective agency in 1976 where he concentrates on federal criminal defense and commercial litigation. Besides the John Walker Lindh case, Fechheimer has worked on many high profile cases and has a number of film and movie credits to his name.
