Fiona Elsa Dent MSc, MA, Chartered FCIPD, FHEA is the co-author of Influencing: Skills and Techniques for Business Success. Fiona is a Director of Executive Education at Ashridge Management College in the UK. She specialises in interpersonal and influencing skills, leadership, team working, and people management skills. Fiona worked as part of a team developing the Ashridge Inventory of Management Skills and from this created a range of 360° inventories to assist participants to identify their learning objectives and development needs.
