Next, public utility lawyer, Steve Goldenberg will lay out the nuts and bolts of the ongoing battle among the New Jersey state officials, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and PJM Interconnection (PJM) over the ability to construct power plants in the state, including the threat to withdraw New Jersey from PJM and establish a state-owned power authority. Steve will also provide insight into Governor Christie's energy policies, based on the Governor's recently released Energy Master Plan. Finally, we welcome back civil trial lawyer, Jeff Pollock and law professor Seval Yildirim to continue their analysis of the constitutionality of a complaint spurred from the display of religious indicia during a public high school graduation that took place on June 17.
