Red Jen and I will discuss the benefits of taking a yogic approach to eating in order to develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Jen will talk about the eight limbs of yoga and the various ways that mindful planning, shopping and preparation can make significant changes in the way we consume our food. The eight limbs of yoga can increase our awareness in how we look at the planting, harvesting and preparation of foods throughout the seasons.
