In all of us there are two existential forces moving everything in life. On the one hand there is FREEDOM: it is the force that does not need, want or demand anything. Its inner quality is free of content. It is its own fulfillment and joy. On the other hand there is LOVE. It is the force that looks for unity, empathy and connection. Its inner quality is wanting to meet and being met. Feeling each other and savouring life as our own embodied experience is its natural expression.
