Dr. William Belcher

Dr. William Belcher is currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Central Identification Laboratory of the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command. He received his B.A. and M.A. in anthropology from Western Washington University, M.S. in Quaternary Studies from the University of Maine, and he received his PhD in Anthropology from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
