Ever had a time where you couldn't speak the word 'no' and the situation went physically further than you wanted it too or a relationship with a friend over took your life and you lost your sense of self? Today we are discussing how women of all ages - especially young women can find their "No". We want to help girls understand how important it is to set physical and emotional boundaries before you find yourself in a tough situation.
